About Us

World Relief Fort Worth is a non-profit evangelical organization that assists several hundred refugees a year as they embark on their new lives in Tarrant Country.

From the day the refugees arrive at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport they receive temporary care and assistance to establish themselves in the Fort Worth metroplex. We provide housing, medical needs, cash assistance, ESL, case management, employment assistance, and volunteer involvement for all newly arrived refugees.  

World Relief's mission is to empower the local church to serve the most vulnerable. This parnership of local churches and volunteers with World Relief helps hurting refugees, from war-torn and oppressive communities, to find peace and security in the heart of Texas.  They are discovering that the Church, the body of Christ, cares about them.
