Best Images of the Year

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Tumultuous, eventful, heavy, uplifting — this year has held a lot. At World Relief, we’ve responded to the unexpected — landslides, outbreaks of violence, upheaval and uncertainty due to shifting federal policies and programs — while staying faithful to our mission of boldly engaging the world’s greatest crises in partnership with the church. All this, we’ve been able to do thanks to the dedication of our partners, staff and volunteers, showing up day after day to walk alongside families in crisis.

And thanks to readers like you. You’ve joined us to advocate for just policies to support refugees and immigrants here in the U.S., you’ve given generously to stand in the gap when federal funding was cut, and you’ve prayed faithfully for our work and the families we serve.

As 2025 comes to a close, I am filled with gratitude and hope. Thank you for showing up. Here’s a brief look back at all we’ve done together — the best images of the year.
