Volunteer

Our biggest need will be help for set up, player check-in, and tear down. There will be a wide variety of roles throughout the day you can help with apart from these such as greeters, trash duty, running activities, medical support and more.

Shifts range from 2 to 5 hours in length and are available from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM. You are welcome to sign up for multiple volunteer shifts as long as they are not overlapping, and you consider time to rest, recoup, and enjoy the day as well!

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your shift to get checked in and instructed on your responsibilities. Additionally, if your shift falls during a typical meal time, we will provide a meal for you, and we will have water and snacks available throughout the day.

As this is a unique event volunteer opportunity, we are asking all individuals interested in volunteering to complete the brief sign up.
