Before Apartment Set Up
- Create a Plan for Apartment Set-up
- Contact WR
- Communicate with team members
- Gather Welcome Kits and Furniture Items
- Create a Welcome Card to leave in the apartment
- Create a Welcome Sign with Emergency contact info to place on the refrigerator
- Take a photo of yourselves that includes your names to leave in the apartment
- Send WR receipts for reimbursement (if applicable)

- Welcome Sign for refrigerator (with a magnet or tape)
- WR contact information
Day of Apartment Set Up: Tasks
- Buy Groceries and Welcome Meal (If applicable)
- Clean Apartment (If applicable): Apartment complex maintenance crew try their hardest to have units ready before a newcomer’s arrival. Sometimes, apartments will need additional cleaning.
- Set-up Apartment
- Leave Card and photo
- Place Welcome Sign on refrigerator
- Offer a prayer of blessing over the apartment and newcomers
- Log Volunteer Hours
