Lorenzo Pablo

Regional Executive Director

Lorenzo Pablo serves as the Regional Executive Director for World Relief Texas. His journey into service and leadership began with a solid foundation rooted in education and his faith in Christ. After earning his bachelor's degree and an Advanced Master's in Divinity in International Church Planting from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Lorenzo embarked on a journey of exploration with an open heart and a willingness to learn. Before joining the World Relief family, Lorenzo had the honor of directing Refugee Services at Catholic Charities Fort Worth. There, he witnessed the transformative power of partnership and collaboration in scaling numerous programs to meet the growing needs of the community. As well as many years serving as a missionary in East Africa with the International Mission Board. Outside of work, Lorenzo treasures spending time with his wife, Claire, and their three children—Thomas, Sofia, and Noah—who bring immense joy and purpose to their lives. As a family, they enjoy the excitement of adventure, whether hiking through scenic trails or delighting in the thrills of amusement parks. As self-proclaimed foodies, they relish the opportunity to experience foods from around the world.

Jonathan serves as Director of Client Services. For the past 12 years, Jonathan has worked for World Relief Texas in a variety of roles. He's delivered furniture to refugee families, moved to a R&P caseworker, then was moved to a management position within R&P. He then directed our youth mentorship program throughout the years. Jonathan helped found a refugee youth soccer team which led to the construction of a soccer field. Now, he is the director of all World Relief Texas programs. Fun fact: Jonathan's father was the first employee ever hired in North Texas.
