World Relief Fox Valley - Appleton, WI - either one 450 hour member + a 1,700 hour member OR one 300 hour member + one 1,200 hour member.

This position is recruiting for a 15 month service term opportunity, which combines 2 consecutive service term opportunities (Summer 2022 Service Term + the 2022-2023 Yearlong term). The position would start on 6/1/2022 and end on 8/31/2023.

MEMBER POSITION TITLE: Health Navigator

HOST SITE: World Relief Fox Valley (510 E Wisconsin Ave, Appleton, WI 54911)

OVERVIEW: Health Navigator will support newly arrived refugee clients navigate the complex healthcare system in the US through coordination of appointments, education on various health-related topics, and outreach and educational opportunities for medical providers on refugee support. This position is a 15 month AmeriCorps service term position, which combines 2 consecutive service term opportunities.
