Each donated item helps to create a safe and welcoming home for a new refugee family in the Fox Valley.
Home is important to all of us.
Hundreds of refugee families are starting over in the Fox Valley.
Will you join us as we prepare safe and welcoming apartments for these new neighbors?
Please note, that at this time, we do not accept clothing or mattress/frames.
Furniture
Looking to pass along gently used furniture? We might be interested! We only accept:
- Dressers
- Bedside Tables
- Kitchen tables and chairs
- Coffee Tables
- Couches or loveseats
- Armchairs
- Lamps

Household Items
We need help filling up apartments with all the needed household basics!
We've streamlined the donation process by providing Target and Amazon wishlists to make it easy and efficient to donate, at the click of a button. All items are shipped directly to our office.

Giftcards
Giftcards are a great way to provided support for necessary items such as groceries and medication that many families need in their first few weeks in the U.S.
Most needed giftcards:
- Walmart $50 - $100
- Woodman's $50 - $100
At this time we are only accepting new items. You can check out our master list of needed items, and email fvanderwyst@wr.org to arrange a time to drop off at our office.
