HIGH POINT, N.C. — Today, Kyle Herrington was announced as the new Site Director of World Relief Triad. Kyle established his career at World Relief in 2018 as an Employment Specialist. Within five years of service, Kyle has worked directly with newly arrived families to provide vital services during their resettlement transition. As the Church and Community Engagement Manager, he has also cultivated integral local partnerships supporting refugees’ long-term stability.
“I have come to believe that the work we do at World Relief is a genuine effort to empower our local community and transform lives – the lives of the communities we serve, our dedicated staff, and the families we welcome. I am eager to be part of this new chapter for Triad, and I am convinced that we all have a special role in reflecting the unconditional love we have received from God,” said Kyle Herrington, Site Director for World Relief Triad.
Kyle holds an M.A. in Human Services from Liberty University in Virginia and a B.S. in Recreation Management from Appalachian State University. Kyle and his family live locally in the Triad and love being able to raise their children in the area. He enjoys spending time outside with his family and trips to the mountains in his free time.
“We are very excited to have Kyle assume this new role at World Relief Triad. Due to his prior roles within our employment program and community engagement efforts, Kyle brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of our various programs, community partners, and those we serve. We are excited to see all the good that’s in store for World Relief Triad and our community under his leadership,” said Jon Musser, World Relief Triad Mission Services Director.
A meet and greet with Kyle will be held on February 2nd from 9:30-10:30 am at the World Relief Triad High Point Office. Community Members are welcome to RSVP here.
World Relief Triad has been working in the Triad for over 30 years and is part of a national network of offices through which over 400,000 immigrants and refugees have been welcomed into this country.
