Resettling Refugees Since the 1970s
Connie Fairchild is the daughter of Grady and Evelyn Mangham, who built World Relief's refugee resettlement program.
In the 1970s, as the Vietnam War was coming to a close, the U.S. government needed help resettling Vietnamese refugees.
