Critical funding for refugees and families in need is gone. Families in crisis need your support.

Now is the time for the Church to stand firm, step up and be the light the world desperately needs.

Singer-songwriter and friend of World Relief, Jon Guerra, wrote Let Us Be the Church for this moment — a time when a broken world needs the church to be a beacon of hope. Continuously evolving and uncertain cuts to federal funding and the infrastructure that supports global humanitarian work has created even greater needs than we ever anticipated. As a result, there is more fragility in the world today than there was just two months ago. But while the world changes, the church remains steadfast because of who we put our trust in — Jesus Christ who is the same yesterday and today and forever.

For over 80 years, World Relief has partnered with local churches to provide life-saving essentials to communities in crisis worldwide. And in the U.S. alone, we have welcomed more than 500,000 refugees and other immigrants with the help of churches over 40 years. Now, more than ever, we, the church, are called to stand in the gap — to give, to pray, and to be the hands and feet of Jesus to a hurting world.

Will you show up when no one will? Will you be the church?
