They come from places all over the world: Chile, Somalia, Iraq, Burma, Mexico, Bhutan. Some fled persecution, war, terror. Others left hoping for a better future.

Many immigrants can fulfill their dreams once here; some are just as or even more vulnerable once they arrive.

With the conviction that justice is a matter of right relationships, World Relief empowers the local community to serve the most vulnerable among our foreign-born neighbors.

In the Triangle, World Relief engages two groups: international refugees resettling here and foreign-born persons who were victims of human trafficking in North Carolina.
