About Us:
World Relief's Whatcom County location was approved by the U.S. State Department in September 2021. Shortly after the fall of Kabul and amidst many Afghans arriving to the U.S., our team began welcoming refugees to Whatcom County. We are proud to have welcomed nearly 100 refugees to our community, and we have been able to offer aid to over 350 humanitarian parolees.

- Complete the U.S. Programs E-Course - indicated on PORTAL (we suggest using the same username and password for the E-Course Platform).
- Complete a background check through PORTAL.
