2022-2023 AmeriCorps Positions

AmeriCorps places thousands of young adults into intensive service positions where they learn valuable work skills, earn money for education, and develop an appreciation for citizenship.

These are all 10.5-month, full-time service positions. Member benefits include a monthly stipend, basic health coverage, training and experience, an education award issued at completion of service, forbearance for qualified student loans, payment of interest on qualified student loans in forbearance, and childcare assistance for eligible members.

All of our service positions start in September or October and applications are considered on a rolling basis.

The Refugee Resettlement Internship is a competitive program that has accepted students and recent graduates from universities across the United States. We select applicants from all fields of study who demonstrate excellence in service and learning, and a desire to serve through working with newcomer communities.

Internship alumni have gone on to diverse fields such as international development, education, local politics, and, of course, refugee resettlement work.
