Welcoming a Refugee Family

Welcome Kits are the first step in the longer journey towards helping a refugee family feel at home in the U.S. Their needs are varied, as our volunteers explain: “Some people need a soft word; some people need a couch; some people need a friend.”  Watch the journey unfold for one family through the eyes of their assigned volunteers.
