Thank you for extending God’s love to refugees and immigrants throughout 2024. Your generosity and ongoing partnership have helped World Relief Western Washington Welcome, Root, and Empower nearly 10,000 individuals this year. We’re excited to present the World Relief Western Washington 2024 Year in Review, highlighting the remarkable impact you’ve helped make possible.
Of those we served, 16% were newly arrived in the United States, while 84% were already living in Western Washington and continuing to establish roots in their communities. These numbers reflect a growing and resilient population of immigrants and refugees who are not only surviving—but thriving—thanks to the support of people like you.
To meet the evolving needs of this diverse community, World Relief Western Washington has expanded its programs and services across the region.
We have assembled conscientious, professional teams providing English language classes, legal services, children and family programming, digital and financial literacy training, employment and career services, and much more.
Some 2024 highlights include:
- 9,525 refugees and other immigrants served
- 850 lives given to Christ
- 308 Individuals found new jobs
- 147 individuals filed for citizenship
