A year ago, heartbreaking news of immigrant children being separated from their families at the southern border provoked outcry. Now, we are seeing immigrants and asylum seekers in the news again, some held in deeply troubling conditions along the border and others threatened with deportation and separation from their families.
Working in collaboration with local churches and other partners, World Relief is stepping up to do all we can to help keep families together. For nearly 40 years, we have worked to serve refugee and immigrant communities — because we believe every person deserves a safe place to call ‘home’.

Accredited by the U.S. Department of Justice, our legal services professionals help immigrants navigate the complex legal system—offering, for example, legal counsel and representation for individuals seeking asylum.
Advocacy & Church Mobilization
The church has a unique role to play in immigration, and World Relief equips and mobilizes local churches to use their moral voice.
Ongoing Family Reunification
World Relief assesses eligibility and helps immigrants with family still abroad to file applications for family reunification visas.
Your giving ensures sustainability to our work in some of the most vulnerable places in the world. Contributions will be used for World Relief’s work in the United States. If in the judgment of World Relief such purpose becomes impossible, impractical, unnecessary, or undesirable, World Relief will use contributions for its general purposes.
