WHAT WE DO // OUR SERVICES

Humanitarian and Disaster Response

Together, we can bring life-saving aid to communities impacted by disasters and crises

Humanitarian crises are on the rise, fueled by increasing conflict, climate events and extreme poverty. War in Ukraine. Ongoing conflict in DR Congo. A Sudanese refugee crisis in Chad. These tragic events have caused immense suffering and driven more people than ever in recorded history to flee for their lives.

If you’re like us, you believe everyone should have somewhere safe to turn to in their greatest moments of need. That’s why we boldly engage in the world’s greatest crises in partnership with the church.

But we can't respond without people like you.

When you give today, you help us:

World Relief partnered with an organization based in Romania to provide emergency aid, including food, to families displaced by war in Ukraine.

Meet Urgent Needs

Through local responders and churches on the ground, we rush life-saving help like food, water, shelter, psychological support and more to people who are in urgent need in disaster zones.

Rebuild Even After Headlines Fade

Alongside local churches and partners, we ensure communities impacted by crises not only survive, but have what they need to rebuild and thrive for generations to come. We are committed to helping even after headlines fade.

Support Host Communities

We also provide ongoing support for others impacted by displacement, including host communities, helping to restore livelihoods.

For 80 years across 100 countries, we’ve been responding to the most pressing human crises. We cannot control when disaster strikes, but when it does, God calls us to respond with compassion — wherever and whenever help is needed most.

Your gift has the power to save lives. Will you respond with us?
