Together, we’re joining God in his plan to bring lasting change to our world.
You long to serve your congregation well, to effectively call and mobilize them for mission and launch them into lives committed to the most vulnerable at home in the U.S. and across the globe. But you’re wondering — How can I inspire my congregants to “be the Church” seven days a week? How can I, as a leader, follow my call to move my church to go out into the world as disciples?
These are questions many of us grapple with daily, and finding the answers can often be incredibly challenging.
But here’s the good news. We understand, and we can help.
At World Relief, we’ve been partnering with churches in the U.S. and around the world for 80 years, helping them join in God’s plan to bring lasting change to our world. Our passion is to create partnerships that support local churches to bring holistic, long-term change to vulnerable communities and to fight back against injustice around the world. Today, we’re a movement of over 5,000 churches, across 20 countries, bringing hope, healing and restoration to the world’s most vulnerable.
We know that churches in the U.S. have unique needs when it comes to understanding how to love, serve and learn from the most vulnerable. Together, we can expand your congregation’s understanding of, and guide your church into deeper discipleship through:
Education
We’ll help you guide your congregants towards a deeper understanding of the world’s greatest problems and God’s call to stand up against injustice.
Connection
You’ll build relationships with, and learn from, the global church serving on the frontlines around the world.
Service
We’ll provide opportunities for your church to go and be the hands and feet of Jesus, as together we tackle problems of extreme poverty, violence and oppression.
“Church health can’t be defined by attendance or budgets alone. Rather, by how well our congregation is loving their neighbors and coming alongside the most vulnerable in our community and around the world. As a partner, World Relief has played an important role in equipping and mobilizing our church to step into the lives of the vulnerable both here and around the world.”
– Nathan Nelson, Missions Pastor
